1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Aerhos concerning your access to and use of the website.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us.

3. Services & Delivery

We provide AI automation and software development services. Delivery times (48-72h) are estimates and depend on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific service contract.

5. Billing & Taxes (United States of Mexico & International)

Aerhos operates from Mexico. Tax application depends on your fiscal residence:

A) International Clients (Tax Exempt)

For clients located outside of Mexico, services are tax exempt and subject to a 0% VAT rate.

Invoices will be issued using the generic foreign Tax ID (RFC: XEXX010101000).
No extra taxes will be added to the quoted price in USD.

B) Clientes en México (Facturación)

Para clientes con residencia fiscal en México, se agregará la tasa estándar del 16% de IVA a todos los servicios.

Para solicitar factura (CFDI), es necesario enviar su Constancia de Situación Fiscal actualizada.
Las facturas deben solicitarse dentro del mismo mes en que se realizó el pago.
